We don't wholesale. Our cost structure doesn't allow for it.
However, if you're a chef/owner of a truly remarkable restaurant, we'd be happy to customize a coffee service for you and supply you with in-season coffee, rated 85 points or better at our cupping table.
We don't deal with bulk brewers. Service would be in press pots or your choice of pourover methods. We can work with you on a grinder that matches the kind of service you plan on offering.
Lots of other companies would be happy to sell you coffee and equipment. And many of them are fine. But as wholesale coffee isn't our business, the only reason for us to do it is because we believe in the chef's vision and believe that our coffee works within that vision. In our opinion, restaurant coffee should be culinary, not an afterthought, not a thoughtless profit center.
Needless to say, we're extremely picky on who we work with. So far, our client list comprises one restaurant: Salt of the Earth.
Granted, that's a pretty high bar.
