Two Openings for Saturday Tasting

UPDATE FRIDAY AM:  All open spots for this Saturday's tasting have been filled.  Thank you!  Check our calendar for upcoming classes.

We had a couple of late cancellations, so there are now two seats open for Saturday's Coffee 101 tasting.

It's at 1pm this Saturday, December 5 and free.  We'll go for 75-90 minutes depending on your questions.  Figure on tasting 5 or 6 coffees total with explanations on how to taste, a primer on SCAA aroma and taste descriptors, a basic overview of flavor profiles from the origins we'll be sampling.

If you'd like to grab one of the remaining seats, please shoot us an email.

Still haven't decided what we'll be tasting, but it'll likely be three Ethiopians and either two Colombians or three Guatemalans.
