Local (and good-tasting) tomatoes are finished for the season. All our basil has been picked (or died). So it's onto the winter menu.
We're happy to learn we can finally bring back prosciutto. Market District is now selling locally-cured Parma products at prices similar to those in the Strip. We'll be doing a prosciutto panini, a salami panini, a new vegetarian panini and keeping the chicken wrap.
