This Saturday, July 5th at 1pm, we will be hosting our next free Cupping 101 introductory coffee cupping and tasting class. We'll be cupping Nicaragua Los Delirios (caramel/honey/creamy), Tanzania Edelweiss (jasmine/currant/syrupy) and Colombia Los Santos Huila (cherry/maple/juicy).
For more information and registration, click here.
Any idea what coffees will be cupped yet?

Dear Business Partner,
Waaa waaa waaa. It's the 101 class. We should say what we're tasting so people can connect the country with a baseline profile. Besides, it's Sean asking and he's picky about such things ;-)
Plus, we might be full this time so no seat for you!
I'd agree with you on the advanced class though. More fun when you try to figure it out on your own.

Dear husband and wife who own a store and live together but communicate on blog:
I think we will have to do a triangular cupping soon where we identify which coffee out of three is not the other two. How does that sound for blind cupping? :)
(You guys make me laugh)

A triangular cupping!!?!!!Now that sounds cool even though I don't get it. Does that mean there are two coffees in three cups? Very interesting!
