We got a kick out seeing this post from former World Barista Champion Tim Wendelboe:
Granted, you've only got two weeks to practice your technique and you've got to go to Norway... but hey, you're in some serious company as far as coffee-skills (especially those of you who've come in to ask about the "inverted method").
On the off chance one of you actually decides this is what's going to get you to Norway in mid-February... please send photos ;-)
