Why Black Cat?

We selected Black Cat because it fits in with our aim to deliver a true taste of Italy to the South Hills.  It is also specially designed for the precision of our La Marzocco.

Throughout Italy, espressos and capuccinos are the preferred drink.  And Black Cat is a favorite of espresso and cappucino drinkers because of its body and boldness.  If you're a latte fan, you'll find it also holds up well in milk.

Taster's Notes on Black Cat from Intelligentsia: Exceedingly heavy in body, earthy, spicy and bold, Black Cat blend is the culmination of a seven-year search for the perfect espresso blend.  Exotic and powerful with a sweet finish, Black Cat produces a sublime shot of espresso.
